Linda Giesinger will be retiring from the AMBA board effective September 30, 2025. Greg Dellezay will move into the Chair position. Greg has decades of experience working as a certified steel erector and will be well suited to leading our association.

I joined the AMBA board to give back to an industry that provided me a life-long career and to work with my peers and industry partners to build a strong and sustainable industry. Throughout the years of serving on the board, I gained valuable insight into our industry governance and education systems. The board experience helped me better my communication, leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
